FAQS

  • What is a Virtual Assistant?

A virtual assistant is an independent contractor providing business administration and support from a remote location.

  • What are the benefits of hiring a VA?

A virtual assistant can enhance their client's life and business in a variety of ways, such as facilitating business scale and expansion, enhancing customers' experience, restoring work-life balance, enabling a renewed focus on business growth, and improving time management.

  • Who needs a VA?

Anyone whose time spent on administrative work is taking energy and resources away from scaling their business, growing their profits, or expanding their influence.

Whether you have a formal business, a side hustle, or a passion project outside of your 9-5, a VA can give you back the time you need to focus on what you do the best and enjoy the most.

  • What tasks can I outsource to you?

My most frequently requested services can be found on the Services page.

  • What are your rates?

Rates for monthly retainers and non-retainer packages vary depending upon the work requested, expertise required, and timeline provided. Learn more on the Packages page.

  • How do I make payments?

When payment is due, you will receive an invoice with a link to pay with your chosen debit/credit card via Stripe.

  • Will I be locked into a contract if we work together?

Clients electing monthly retainer packages will be required to sign a contract outlining the terms of our working agreement.

Contracts can be ended for any reason by submitting written notice at least thirty days' prior to the proposed end date.

The One + Done, Friday Fast Pass, Weekend Warrior, and Holiday Hustler packages require a contract that is binding for only the duration of time agreed to when scheduling the services.

  • Is there a minimum number of hours I need to purchase to be a client? What if I need extra hours or don't use all of my hours in a month?

Monthly retainer packages have a 10 hour minimum.

Additional hours may be requested as needed and will be provided if available, at the discretion of the service provider.

Unused hours do not roll over to the next month and are not frozen for use at a later date.

  • How quickly can we start working together?

Most clients can be onboarded in 1-2 weeks, after which we can begin our work together immediately.
